This full-time role is based in Bharuch and requires an energetic professional with a passion for guiding students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in student counseling and direct sales.Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in student counseling is a must. This involves understanding student needs and providing tailored guidance. (Mandatory skill)

- Expertise in overseas counseling to help students make informed decisions about pursuing education abroad. (Mandatory skill)
- Previous experience in visa counseling is required for guiding students through the visa application process.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling to generate leads and engage with potential clients effectively.
- Experience in using CRM software to manage student data and interactions efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills to converse credibly with students and educational institutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple student cases simultaneously without compromising quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions with students to understand their educational interests and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on selecting suitable courses and institutions that align with students’ career goals.
- Assist students throughout the entire application process, including documentation and submission.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other partners.
- Organize and participate in informational seminars and presentations to promote overseas study programs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set for student enrollments and other performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of international education and visa regulations.
- Employ CRM systems for maintaining detailed records of all interactions with students and stakeholders.
