The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial fleet handling and operational coordination.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily fleet deployment, trip planning, and dispatch schedulesEnsure vehicle readiness, documentation, and compliance (RC, fitness, permits)Coordinate with drivers for trip instructions, route planning, and load trackingMonitor GPS, fuel usage, and vehicle movement in real-timeHandle breakdowns, maintenance coordination, and emergency responseMaintain logs for trips, repairs, fuel, and servicing schedulesWork closely with the operations manager for planning and reportingRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in transport or fleet managementGood knowledge of truck operations and local/NCR route planningProficient in using tracking systems, Excel sheets, and transport MISStrong communication and driver-handling abilitiesMust be willing to work from Ghaziabad and handle field coordination when requiredBenefitsFixed salary between ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per monthOpportunity to grow within the company’s transport operations verticalDaily exposure to live fleet handling and real-time logisticsSupportive management and a team-based work culture
