The role demands a strategic leader with deep B2B sales experience in transport, mobility, or facility services to drive growth and expand our corporate client base across India.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans for ETS expansion in metro and tier-2 citiesIdentify and close deals with large corporate clients in IT/ITES, BPO, MNC, and related sectorsBuild strong relationships with Admin Heads, CXOs, Procurement Managers, and Facility HeadsLead pricing strategies, proposal creation, and contract negotiationsWork closely with the operations/fleet team to ensure seamless service deliveryConduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trendsSet and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and revenue goalsRepresent the company in industry events and client meetingsBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales teamRequirements10–20 years of experience in B2B sales in the following domains:Employee TransportCorporate MobilityIT/BPO Transport SolutionsFacility ManagementCorporate LogisticsStrong client network across India, especially with corporates and MNCsProven track record in business growth and client acquisitionExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel frequently across IndiaBenefitsFixed CTC of ₹20 LPALeadership role with strategic autonomyExposure to enterprise-level clients and national business developmentHigh-growth environment within a leading logistics groupPerformance-linked incentives and growth opportunities
