Job description: About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Applications Executive/Sr. Executive/Manager to join our ophthalmology team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and patient care, where you’ll help demonstrate and support cutting-edge ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live product demonstrations of anterior and posterior ophthalmology equipment to ophthalmologists.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure proper device usage and confidence among end-users.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor demos according to client needs and assist in lead qualification.
- Provide post-demo support, including follow-ups and technical query resolution.
- Travel extensively across India to conduct on-site demonstrations and training.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay updated with the latest in ophthalmology technology.
- Support marketing and promotional activities such as webinars, demo videos, and trade shows.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Optometry, Biomedical Engineering, or Electronics.
- 3–4 years of experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across India.
