The ideal candidate should have experience managing FTL operations, coordinating with clients and branches, and resolving day-to-day issues independently across industries such as FMCG, Steel, Iron, and Coal.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily transport and logistics operations across branchesCoordinate with internal teams and customers for smooth dispatches and service deliveryHandle client inquiries, service issues, and escalation resolutionFollow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collectionsPlan, monitor, and report on fleet utilization and delivery timelinesManage operational teams across dispatch, customer service, and backendConduct regular client meetings and manage external stakeholder coordinationAddress disputes and handle ad-hoc operational challenges with agilityRequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in logistics/transport operationsIndustry background preferred: FMCG, Steel, Iron, Coal, FTL, Import/ExportProven leadership in client servicing, backend ops, and dispatch planningExcellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsComfortable working with Excel, trip sheets, and logistics documentationBased in or willing to work from KolkataBenefitsAnnual CTC of ₹4 LakhsKey role in managing multi-branch operationsWork with a trusted logistics name in eastern IndiaGrowth opportunities into regional leadershipExposure to high-volume industrial transport networks
