Everhope is tackling this challenge head-on by creating strategically located centers that eliminate the logistical and emotional barriers to care.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Medical Content and Training Specialist who will play a critical role at the intersection of medical accuracy, patient education, sales enablement, and internal training.
This is a cross-functional role designed to build credibility with patients, improve sales team performance, support marketing initiatives, and ensure consistency and quality in how we communicate across all touchpointsMedical Content Development
- Research, develop, and validate oncology-related content (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy) for patient education, website, blogs, FAQs, and brochures.
- Collaborate with oncologists and clinical experts to ensure content accuracy.
- Simplify complex medical concepts for a patient and caregiver audience, working closely with copywriters
- Support marketing campaigns with medically accurate content for explainer videos, offline collaterals, and digital platforms.
Training and Enablement
- Build structured sales training modules for call center teams, and DRO channels.
- Support onboarding programs for non-medical team members, helping them understand oncology fundamentals and patient communication best practices.
- Assist in creating CLM materials and training teams on their effective use.
- Conduct regular training refreshers based on business needs and new product/service rollouts.
Quality Assurance and Auditing
- Audit call scripts, patient communications, sales pitches, and training materials for medical accuracy and compliance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to teams based on call audits and quality assessments
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in medical content writing, healthcare training, patient education, or academic research.
- PhD, Postdoctoral Fellowship, or a professional doctoral degree (e.g., MBBS, BDS, MD, DO, PharmD) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields is mandatory
- Strong understanding of oncology or willingness to rapidly learn and adapt to the field.
- Excellent ability to translate complex medical information into simple, engaging communication for non-medical audiences.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to medical and brand accuracy.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and healthcare marketing best practices is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with doctors, marketers, sales teams, and SEO teams.
Expected salary: Rs.700000 – 1000000 per year
