- Analyze customer requirements, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Design water treatment systems (such as RO, UF, ETP, STP, etc.) to meet the client’s needs.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including design calculations, equipment selection, and system layout.
- Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
- Develop commercial proposals that include pricing, payment terms, and project timelines.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for proposal preparation.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Present technical proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of the proposed solutions.
- Ensure all proposals comply with industry standards, company policies, and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals, including technical and commercial documents.
- Update proposal templates and databases with relevant information and improvements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
- Continuously refine proposal strategies to improve competitiveness in the market.
Technical Skills Required:
- RO/UF Software knowledge Preferred
- PPT / Excel Sheet working
- E-tender/Govt. portal for tendering – Preferred
- Vendor Negotiation / Data bank working
Behavioral Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines of bid submission/ Tender bidding
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Expected salary: Rs.90000 per month
