Job description: Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for solar products and EPC servicesLead and manage a team of sales executives and channel partnersIdentify new markets, projects, and client acquisition opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholdersAchieve monthly and annual sales targets and report performance metricsOversee digital marketing, branding, and offline campaignsPrepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customersKeep up with solar market trends, competitor activities, and pricing modelsCollaborate with engineering and project teams for end-to-end solution deliveryRequirementsRequired Skills:Strong background in B2B/B2C sales in solar or energy sectorExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrategic thinking, negotiation, and closing abilityKnowledge of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, EPC, etc.)Digital marketing experience is a plusStrong communication, presentation, and client relationship skillsFluent in English, Hindi, and local language (as needed)Benefits
