The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, collaborating with clients to provide tailored solutions in water treatment and management.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in lead generation and capable of managing a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture customer relationships for sustained business growth and repeat sales.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in the water treatment industry, with the ability to offer strong technical insights. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance customer engagement and follow-up. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of client needs and the delivery of customized water treatment solutions.
  • Skilled in conducting product presentations to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and impactful interactions with team members and clients alike.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and foster a customer-centered approach.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and opportunities to expand market reach and drive sales growth in assigned territories.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our water treatment products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet customer requirements and achieve company objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, assisting them in choosing appropriate solutions for their needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and remain competitive in the industry.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market feedback to management.

Expected salary: Rs.600000 per year
