Job description: We Are Hiring Mortgag Loan In Indore.Job Title:Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan ExecutiveLocation:[Indore]Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their mortgage loan needs and provide appropriate financial advice.Evaluate and process mortgage loan applications in compliance with lending policies and regulations.Analyze applicants’ financial data, credit history, and collateral to assess loan eligibility.Explain loan products, terms, and interest rates to potential borrowers.Coordinate with underwriters, legal, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal.Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations, market conditions, and bank products.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.Achieve monthly loan origination targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.Prepare and review loan agreements, documentation, and ensure timely approvals.Provide post-disbursal support and resolve customer queries.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services.Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, credit analysis, and lending policies.Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.Proficiency in loan processing software and CRM tools.
Expected salary: Rs.280000 – 360000 per year
