- Proven proficiency in export-import documentation to ensure seamless cross-border transactions (Mandatory skill).
- Efficiency in coordinating logistics to optimize supply chain operations and minimize delays (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth understanding of customs compliance to prevent legal issues and enhance trade efficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Strong vendor management skills to establish and maintain productive supplier relationships.
- Supply chain management experience for improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and strengthen business ties.
- Analytical aptitude to assess and mitigate risks in import and export processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure process alignment and success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all import and export documentation to comply with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate logistical activities, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Handle customs clearance processes while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Engage with vendors to negotiate terms and cultivate strong, ongoing partnerships.
- Optimize supply chain performance through efficient management practices and strategic planning.
- Resolve any issues related to shipment delays, forwarding, or customs by collaborating with relevant teams.
- Prepare reports on logistics, supply chain operations, and vendor performance for management review.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt and advise accordingly.
Expected salary: Rs.504000 per year
