- Understanding the job description and doing proper research about the profile and client’s industry.
- Screening cvs as per the JD and key skill is given.
- Need to work on both technical and nontechnical profiles.
- Taking Telephonic/VC interviews of the candidates
- Need to work on top Job Portals
- Social Hiring
- Data Management and Co-ordination
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills. (English)
- Extremely Self-motivated, hard-working with a Go-Getting attitude.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Result-oriented.
- Knowledge about Computer (MS Office, Emailing).
- Passionate about recruitment.
- Willingness to make a career in the recruitment field only.
Note: Proper Job Training will be provided. Week offs- All Sundays and 2nd and 4th Saturdays Office Time- 9:30am to 6:30pm Salary: 10k to 20k + Very Good Monthly Incentive(No upper limit of earning incentives)
Expected salary: Rs.10000 – 20000 per month
