- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of gensets.
- Plan and execute project activities related to genset deployment.
- Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting support for customers.
- Coordinate with dealers, service engineers, and project teams.
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service business growth.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Monitor spare parts availability and inventory management.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to service & projects.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies for CEIG/EB approvals and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in Genset servicing, project management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in genset troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience in customer handling, AMC contracts, and site project execution.
Expected salary: Rs.1000000 per year
