Job description: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience through regular communication and professional interactions.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and use data-driven insights to optimize hiring effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill.
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth handling of employee queries and concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate MIS for internal analysis and audit purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
