Roles and Responsibilities
>Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients
>Provide information about our services and answer their queries
>Schedule appointments for further discussions with potential clients
>Maintain a database of potential candidates and client>s
>Collaborate with the team to achieve target>s
>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and conversion rates
