Your passion for fashion, excellent styling sense, and strong sales orientation will drive customer loyalty and revenue growth in a luxury retail environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Client Experience
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable, high-end shopping journey from entry to purchase.
- Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe recommendations tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and needs.
Sales & Performance
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maximize each customer’s shopping experience through upselling and cross-selling of products.
Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising
- Stay informed about current collections, fashion trends, and brand narratives.
- Ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards and inventory is accurately maintained.
Clienteling & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective high-value clients.
- Maintain a client book and proactively follow up with clients for styling advice, exclusive previews, and new arrivals.
Store Operations
- Support store upkeep, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations.
Requirements:Experience
- 1–3 years in fashion retail, ideally with exposure to premium or luxury brands.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong fashion sense and awareness of current luxury and fashion trends.
- Polished appearance and grooming aligned with luxury retail standards.

Education
