CTC Range: ₹5 – ₹6 LPAJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Internal Sales Engineer for our Sterile Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the internal sales process, handling customer enquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the external sales force. This role demands a balance of technical understanding, communication skills, and sales coordination.Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to customer enquiries received via email, fax, letters, and field sales personnelRegister, scrutinize, and qualify enquiries for further processingCoordinate with field sales, product managers, sales managers, and the Design & Engineering team to process enquiriesPrepare and submit accurate techno-commercial quotationsLiaise with manufacturing units for costing, technical clarifications, and documentation like DQ (Design Qualification)Actively follow up with customers for DQ approvalsReview and verify received orders technically and commercially against submitted quotesPrepare TOCs (Terms of Contract) and CRs (Customer Requirements)Coordinate for FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) and arrange factory visits with customersMaintain detailed documentation and communication recordsAssist Sales Manager in preparing OSB (Order Sales Book) reports and payment collection statusEnsure smooth internal sales operations within the divisionRequired Skill Set:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent telephonic communication abilitiesTeam player with collaborative working styleGood understanding of engineering fundamentalsAbility to read and understand mechanical drawingsBasic understanding of the industrial sales processProficient with MS Office and business communication toolsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) is a plusKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Timely and error-free preparation of quotations/offersEffective enquiry registration and qualificationQuality of documentation and communicationAccuracy in order scrutiny and processingSupport efficiency to sales and design/engineering teamsFor More details connect on or whatsapp 9503973095 Victor
