- Develop and implement targeted sales training programs aligned with industry standards.
- Design and manage onboarding programs and continuous learning modules.
- Deliver training through classroom, virtual, and experiential methods.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate training with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness using performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials relevant to the industry.
- Lead and mentor the training team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSEducation:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in training & development are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in sales training, with at least 3+ years in a senior role.
- Industry experience in Insurance, Automobile, or Financial Services is required.
Skills:
- Expertise in sales methodologies, training program design, and execution.
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze training impact and drive data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with training technologies and learning management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in large-scale organizations with structured training programs.
- Advanced certifications such as CPLP, ATD, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
