This role requires a strong technical background in refractory materials combined with sales and marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the refractory industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the refractory sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new connections. Understand client needs, provide technical advice, and present tailored solutions.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of refractory products, applications, and industry trends to educate clients and effectively position our solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product literature, and digital marketing strategies specific to the refractory industry.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services. Address any post-sale issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and leverage professional networks to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Civil, Ceramic) or a related field. Additional qualifications in marketing or business administration are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the refractory industry or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of refractory materials, their applications, and industry standards. Ability to translate technical information into compelling sales pitches.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary Package: Rs. 5.5 to 7.5 lakhs per annum.

Expected salary: Rs.550000 – 750000 per year
