Job description: Position Title: Front Desk Executive (FDE)Location: Podar International School, GwaliorReporting To: School Principal / Admin HeadEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Summary:The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact at the school, responsible for managing front office operations, handling visitors and phone calls, supporting administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between parents, staff, and management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students courteously.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
  • Provide accurate information about school procedures, admissions, and policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments for timely communication and support.
  • Assist in the admission process by guiding parents and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Maintain front office records, stationery, and files in an organized manner.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Principal/Admin Head.
  • Handle daily attendance records and student late arrivals if assigned.
  • Ensure the front office is neat, professional, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (any stream).
  • 12 years of experience in front office or customer service roles (preferably in school/educational setup).
  • Good command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Polite, presentable, and with a professional attitude.
