- Develop and deploy robotic applications for industrial automation and social impact
- Design end-effector tools, robotic motion sequences, and control interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in mechanical design, software, and electronics
- Contribute to algorithm development for robotic path planning, vision, or sensor fusion
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic solutions in real-world settings
- Stay updated with the latest robotics technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Qualifications RequiredBachelors or Masters Degree in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Robotics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering (with Automation specialization)
- Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Computer Science / AI / Embedded Systems
- Strong academic record from a reputed institution (IITs, NITs, IIITs, or Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges preferred)
- Project work or internships in robotics, AI, control systems, automation, or similar areas
- Working knowledge of robot programming (e.g., ROS, Python, C++), control systems, or CAD/CAE tools
- Familiarity with PLC, sensors, machine vision, or industrial robots is a plus
