We’re expanding our customer reach and looking for a passionate Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle – from generating new leads to closing deals and ensuring successful project handover
  • Maintain up-to-date communication and customer history in Zoho CRM
  • Build and execute regional and global sales strategies tailored to industrial automation
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, project ROI calculations, and value propositions to clients
  • Confidently handle client conversations via video calls and in-person meetings
  • Travel across India and internationally for client meetings, demos, and trade events
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle, including post-sale follow-ups and payment collection
  • Collaborate with the application and project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
  • Conduct technical and business discussions with clients, positioning Robro Systems’ solutions as the ideal fit

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of technical sales experience in automation, machine vision, or industrial technology
  • Proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales – lead generation to closure and handover
  • Ability to calculate ROI and explain it convincingly to technical and non-technical buyers
  • Prior hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
  • Comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field)

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to AI, machine vision, or robotics systems
  • Presentation skills and ability to pitch over video conferencing tools
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
