  • CRM software experience to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
  • Cold calling skills to proactively reach out to potential leads and introduce them to relevant products.
  • Lead generation expertise to identify potential clients and nurture interest effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales negotiation to facilitate beneficial agreements with prospective customers.
  • Competency in objection handling to address and resolve client concerns adeptly.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
  • Active listening skills to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
  • Communication skills (Mandatory skill) to clearly articulate product features and benefits to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic interactions with potential clients to generate interest in insurance products.
  • Efficiently manage customer information using CRM software and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Identify leads and develop strategies to convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Handle objections and queries from clients and provide appropriate responses and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the management.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team for process improvements and strategic insights.

Expected salary: Rs.200000 per year
