Job description: Job Description :Retail Sales AssociateWe are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and represent, manage, and sell TEGO products at a designated ShopperStop location. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing TEGO’s brand presence and driving sales at the store.Key Responsibilities
- Engage Every Customer: Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Understand & Assist: Connect with customers, identify their needs, and assist them in finding the perfect products.
- Highlight Promotions: Keep customers informed about the latest promotions and offers.
- Boost Sales: Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve Targets: Strive to exceed sales targets for your section.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory processes to ensure timely closures.
- Showcase Products: Receive and display stocks on the floor following visual merchandising norms.
- Maintain Displays: Ensure displays are well-maintained with proper ironing, folding, and color blocking.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a spotless and presentable section at all times.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to leave every customer delighted.
- Gather Feedback: Actively seek customer feedback through suggestion forms and tablets.
- Tag Merchandise: Ensure all merchandise is tagged for security.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and complete online certifications on time.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience. Premium fashion & sports brand experience is a plus.
- Graduate Degree, any gender, maximum age of 31 years.
- Good (Intermediate / Advanced) English skills.
- Ideally have less than 1 hour of commute to the location posted.
