The role involves field sales and customer engagement across the western Maharashtra region (Kolhapur, Sangli, Miraj, Satara).The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical sales, relationship building, and a basic understanding of the dairy or biotech domain.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit and develop relationships with dairy processing units, cooperatives, and private dairies across regionPromote and sell enzymes, protein binders, and related biotech solutions from the GEPZYMES product lineConduct product samples, basic questions, and post-sales support in coordination with technical staffIdentify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and follow through on leadsMonitor competitor activity and market trends in the dairy/biotech spacePrepare and submit regular visit reports, lead status updates, and sales forecastsCoordinate with the sales manager and technical teams for pricing, dispatches, and technical queriesEnsure timely follow-ups for payments and customer satisfactionBenefitsWhat We OfferFixed monthly salary as per experienceTravel and accommodation allowances during official visitsTraining and mentorship from experienced technical and sales professionalsCareer growth opportunities within a growing and innovation-driven organization
