The ideal candidates will be hands-on with vehicle dispatch, driver handling, and route optimization, ensuring timely and efficient movement of trailers.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate fleet dispatch, trip allocation, and delivery schedulesMonitor vehicle performance, fuel usage, and maintenance timelinesEnsure compliance with transport safety norms and documentationOptimize route planning for cost and time efficiencyMaintain driver and vendor coordination for daily operationsTrack expenses and contribute to budget planning for fleet opsResolve breakdowns, delays, or operational issues promptlySupport in implementing safety protocols and basic driver trainingRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in fleet operations or trailer transport logisticsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and fleet tracking toolsMust be based in or willing to relocate to Raipur / Pune / ChakanAbility to handle pressure and operate in fast-paced logistics environmentsBenefitsFixed salary of ₹20,000/monthOn-ground operational exposure in large fleet logisticsWork with a reputed transport brand in IndiaOpportunity to grow in core logistics and transport management roles
