The role involves tracking daily fuel usage, maintaining records, reducing fuel theft/leakage, and ensuring optimized fuel efficiency across vehicles.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily fuel consumption of all operational vehiclesMaintain fuel records, logs, and reconcile with driver trip sheetsCoordinate with fuel stations and vendors for timely supplyAnalyze mileage reports and flag any abnormal fuel usage or wastageImplement fuel saving and tracking mechanismsCollaborate with fleet and operations teams to ensure optimal fuel usageGenerate daily/weekly/monthly fuel efficiency and expense reportsEnsure fuel budget adherence and highlight discrepancies to managementRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in fuel handling or fleet monitoringStrong knowledge of diesel tracking, fuel card systems, and reportingProficient in Excel and basic fleet management toolsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyBased in or willing to work from GhaziabadBenefitsSalary between ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthStable role with clear operational responsibilitiesOpportunity to work with an established logistics companyPerformance-based rewards and scope for growth in fleet management
