Tech / MBAKey Skills:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in solar PV, wind, battery storage, if any and hybrid energy projects including rooftop requirements.
  • Lead the sales cycle, including responding to tenders and negotiating commercial contracts signing of terms sheet, SHA, PPAs, JV, MoUs, etc.).
  • Generate leads through strategic networking with state utilities, industrial clients, developers, EPCs, and government bodies.
  • Conduct financial modeling and risk assessments for proposed projects.
  • Track regulatory and policy changes impacting renewable markets and incorporate updates into strategy.
  • Provide regular updates and performance insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners, state agencies, and private sector stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, technical, finance) and external partners to support business growth.
  • Devise and implement regional sales strategies tailored to market needs.
  • Drive business through CAPEX/OPEX/RESCO/BOOT models and structured deal formats.
  • Support technical due diligence in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of business development activities and management directives.
  • Target Potential market and generate leads for the closure.
