Role Overview:We are hiring experienced Relationship Officers to join our team. The role involves sourcing and managing secured and unsecured loan products directly through open market business development. This is a target-oriented role that offers excellent growth opportunities with a competitive salary and lucrative incentives.Key Responsibilities: * Direct Business Sourcing: Generate leads and acquire clients for secured and unsecured loan products through open market strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Loan Documentation: Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets for secured and unsecured loans on a monthly basis.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in unsecured and secured loans through open market sourcing.
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of loan products and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to ₹3.20 LPA
- Lucrative incentive structure based on performance
Expected salary: Rs.260000 – 300000 per year
