Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant subject or education
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (IB experience preferred)
- IB certified training (preferred for MYP, or DP roles)
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with international school environments and diverse student backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters inquiry and creativity.
- Assess and document student progress using IB assessment practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary activities.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Uphold the IB learner profile in daily teaching and interactions.
