Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil EngineeringJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Drafting / Site Engineer to support drafting, design coordination, and on-site execution activities. The ideal candidate should have a background or keen interest in tensile or steel structural projects, with a willingness to travel and work across both design and site environments.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and prepare fabrication and architectural drawings.Supervise site execution and ensure quality and safety standards.Use AutoCAD and MS Office for design support; knowledge of Rhinoceros, SAP2000, or ixCube is a plus.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on-site and in meetings.Represent the company at client visits and networking events.Participate in continuous learning and contribute to team culture.Requirements:Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.Prior experience or strong interest in tensile/steel structures.Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.Must own a mobile phone and two-wheeler for commute.Required documents: AADHAAR card, driving license, and bank account.Ability to work in a collaborative, open-office environment.Two professional or academic references.Why Join Us?Exposure to innovative tensile architecture and steel structure projects.Creative, supportive, and informal work culture.Opportunities for professional growth, site experience, and design skills enhancement.
