- Handle the clients and collect database new clients
- Basic Computer Knowledge
*Cold calling using the given database.*Monitoring campaign activity and follow up with clients.*Maintaining Excel databaseKey Responsibilities * Outbound Calling:
- Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales or inquiries.
- Customer Engagement:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions.
- Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM or database.
- Document the outcomes of calls and feedback received.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to refine strategies.

- Minimum 1-year experience in Telecalling
- Any degree/10th/12th.
- Location – Chennai
