We are seeking a highly professional and friendly individual to join our team as an Airport Passenger Receptionist & Escort. This role involves welcoming arriving passengers at the airport, receiving them with a placard, and escorting them to their designated transportation (cabs). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a professional appearance.Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Reception:Greet passengers arriving at the airport with a warm and professional demeanor.Hold a clearly visible placard with the passenger’s name or flight details.Assist passengers in identifying themselves and confirming travel details.Passenger Escort:Escort passengers from the arrival gate to the designated transportation area, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.Help passengers with luggage (if required) and provide assistance in navigating the airport.Customer Service:Offer a friendly, welcoming experience by answering any basic queries regarding airport facilities, transportation options, or local information.Ensure passengers feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.Coordination:Collaborate with airport staff and transportation service providers to ensure timely and seamless transfers for passengers.Communicate flight delays or changes to the relevant parties when necessary.Professional Appearance:Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the airport’s dress code and uniform standards.Display excellent interpersonal skills and uphold the highest standards of customer service.Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred but not required.Skills:Strong verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage when needed.Working Conditions:
