Inquiry Handling: Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potential inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up. Lead Nurturing Support: Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel. Content & Listing Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images, certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility. Campaign Coordination: Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response timelines, and lead conversion metrics.
Expected salary: Rs.25000 per month
