Job description:
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Hands on experience with windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer oriented attitude.
- Should have any certifications in Hardware and Networking.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role.
- Connecting users to Active directory server, system configuration for particular user.
- NVR/DVR and CCTV configuration.
- Printer configuration.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Laptop/Desktop.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure with a focus on networking technologies.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT services management tools
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, STP)
- Basics of Static and dynamic routing.
- Physical install and connect firewalls and other security appliances.
- Monitor firewall for up/down or issues, document, root cause analysis, reporting.
- Configure remote access VPN
- Configure firewall interfaces (LAN/WAN/DMZ) network configuration
- Basic understanding on access rule and NAT rule
- URL filtering and web filtering.
- Configure firewall interface
- Design, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual systems.
- Install and integrate AV equipment, including projectors, display, video walls, speakers, microphones and control systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
RequirementsEducation- Diploma/ Degree.
Expected salary: Rs.360000 – 600000 per year
