Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development HeadKey Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networkingUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or servicesPrepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrationsNegotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectivelyFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessMaintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM systemsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategiesMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsConduct market research and monitor competitor activityRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetingsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing rolesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and goal-drivenFamiliarity with CRM software is a plusAbility to work under pressure and manage time effectively
