Job description: Teaching IELTS/PTE to the students, Covering all modules (E.g. Listening, Writing, Reading, Speaking)Making teaching plans for the IELTS ProgramPerform teaching duties and administrative activities related to teaching (which may include extracurricular activities).Be responsible for lesson planning, preparation, assessment of studentsPreparing the lessons to be delivered to the students, also Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercisesMarking and providing appropriate feedback to the studentsManage, track and keep records of the performance of the students, measuring this progress against key performance indicatorsConduct the weekly examination of every studentResponsible for the performance of the student to achieve the desired score in IELTSGive demo lectures to the new students to attract them to take an admissionGive an update to the management regarding the performance of the student when and as it demanded from the managementstudent engagement ratio to be track through absenteeism rateRequirementsBachelor‘s Degree from an accredited university.Has more than one year-experience in teaching IELTS/PTE/TOEFL.Being knowledgeable of Test Preparation (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE) formats and teaching techniquesHolding strong confidence, excellent communication, presentation and critical thinking skills.
