- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
- Support onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the building material or related industries
- Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals)
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
