The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TDS, GST regulations, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP. You will be responsible for overseeing the company s accounting operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entriesPrepare and file TDS returns; ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDSPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and handle reconciliationsHandle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closingsMaintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP 9 / Tally PrimeAssist in internal and external auditsReconcile vendor and customer accountsCoordinate with CA and tax consultants as neededMonitor compliance with accounting standards and government regulationsSupport budgeting and forecasting activities Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred)Minimum 7 years of accounting experienceProficient in TDS and GST laws and filingsExpert-level knowledge of Tally ERP (9 or Prime)Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage deadlines Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling audits and dealing with tax authoritiesFamiliarity with MS Excel and other accounting toolsStrong communication and team collaboration skills
