- Must possess excellent telecalling skills (Mandatory skill), showcasing effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Experience or knowledge in mutual funds is required to effectively engage with clients and explain product benefits.
- Strong understanding of financial advisory processes to provide insightful guidance to customers.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) to maintain and enhance client interactions and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive tele calling activities to identify potential clients and solicit interest in financial products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial situations to offer suitable investment options and recommendations.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customized wealth management and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies for optimizing client services and portfolio growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends to continually enhance financial advisory and portfolio management practices.
Expected salary: Rs.300000 per year
