Job description: Job Description :Job Title: Campus Recruiter – C2H | MNC Client | Vikhroli, MumbaiClient Location: Vikhroli, MumbaiWork Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office & Home)Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PMCTC- Upto 40000/month (including PF+Accidental insurance)Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)Experience Required: 1 – 3 YearsIndustry: Recruitment / Staffing / ITESFunctional Area: Human Resources / Campus HiringJob Description:We are hiring a dynamic and driven Campus Recruiter for one of our esteemed MNC clients in Vikhroli, Mumbai.The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campus hiring initiatives including college engagement, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding of fresh talent.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end campus hiring for ITES/BPO rolesCoordinate with colleges, training and placement officers, and internal stakeholdersSchedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experienceDrive campus recruitment strategy and execution across different locations (virtually/in-person)Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and documentationCollaborate with BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, and other internal teamsCommunicate and promote the client’s EVP (Employee Value Proposition) effectively to fresh talentNegotiate and close offers with selected candidatesRequirementsKey Skills Required:1–3 years of experience in campus hiring or volume hiringExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong coordination and stakeholder managementProficient in MS Excel; Workday exposure is a plusTarget-driven and process-oriented mindsetEducational Qualification:Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: Humanities / Management background)BenefitsWork with a globally recognized MNCHybrid work flexibilityGreat exposure to campus recruitment strategy & operationsOpportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performancePF+Accidental insuranceHome pick up and Drop (Provided residential address is within 30kms radius of Vikhroli)
