We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Execution Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of various projects.Job Summary:
The Project Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of diverse projects related to security, safety, Networking technologies. We at security surveillance systems looking for Project Execution Manager for project sites. The ideal candidate will possess robust design and site execution experience of security systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, public address, Building management system, Active, and Passive networking for public and private companies.This individual will play a key role in updating project documentation, managing expenses, tracking project execution timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure that all project milestones are achieved timely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of project execution methodologies.Key Responsibilities: * Project Tracking and Documentation:
- Regularly update project sheets with critical information, including project status, milestones, and deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive records of expenses related to project execution, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and timely.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular reports and forecasts to ensure project financial health.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and integrity.
- Resource Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and allocation of resources for project execution, ensuring that teams are properly staffed and equipped.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, accounts and operations, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Timeline Monitoring:
- Track and report the number of days taken for project execution to ensure alignment with planned schedules.
- Identify potential delays and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks associated with project timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, internally and externally with clients and vendors.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing solutions as needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and apply insights to future projects.
What we require :
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management / Business Administration / Engineering, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the technology or engineering sectors, preferably in security systems, IT and networking products, or similar industries.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Excel for tracking project metrics and budgets is an added advantage.
Expected salary: Rs.500000 per year
