Job description: We Are Hiring Jr Sales Executive In Ahmedabad.Job Title: Junior Sales Executive – Real EstateKey Responsibilities:Assist in generating and qualifying leads through site visits, tele-calling, and online inquiries.Present and promote residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.Schedule and conduct property tours and client meetings.Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.Support senior sales staff in negotiations and documentation.Stay updated on current market trends, prices, and competitor offerings.Coordinate with the marketing team for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).0–2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and client-handling skills.Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends if required.
Expected salary: Rs.300000 – 500000 per year
