This role demands a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with Eazehub’s growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Use your startup experience to anticipate challenges and steer the team effectively through uncertainties.
- Report on sales performance and forecast future revenues to senior leadership.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
- 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally in sales roles within startups.
- Prior experience as a founder or co-founder in a startup is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for building something great from the ground up.
