- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the bank’s products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to sales processes and compliance guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- A Candidate should be able to work under pressure.
- Should posses a two wheeler with him/her
- Should have (i) Pan Card, (ii) Aadhar card, (iii) Degree certificate.
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening (Malayalam proficiency).
