The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.Job Title: Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition (Non-IT Staffing)Company: 2COMS GroupLocation: Mumbai (Work From Home)Experience: 2–5 YearsSalary: Up to ₹60,000/month + Incentives + PF + Medical + AllowancesEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT staffing spaceGenerate and convert leads through calls, emails, networking, and referencesBuild long-term client relationships and ensure account retentionCoordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill client requirementsMeet monthly revenue and client acquisition targetsRequirementsCandidate Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Staffing/Recruitment (preferably Non-IT)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsGood understanding of staffing services and hiring modelsSelf-driven and able to work independentlyMust be based in Mumbai and open to work-from-home setupKey Skills & Competencies:
