Job description: Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. The chosen candidate will be stationed at a prominent financial services organization but will be under our company’s payroll. - Processing and validating vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Liaising with vendors to address invoice queries, discrepancies, and payment status.
- Compiling payment proposals and managing payment processing.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of accounts payable transactions and associated documentation.
- Assisting in month-end closure and reconciliation.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate smooth invoice approvals and clearances.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in or exposure to the BFSI industry is preferred.
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Benefits

- Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension based on performance).
