Gender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Oversee receiving and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy in quantities and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Implement and maintain proper storage methods, identification, and stock location systems.
Ensure timely order picking, packing, and shipment as per customer and production requirements.
Maintain records of inventory movement in ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and other stock management principles.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse area.
Assist in training and supervision of warehouse staff or helpers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.Notes:
