Salary: ₹10 to ₹15 LPA (Depending on experience and skills)
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory), M.Tech / MBA preferredKey Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle of high-rise residential projects — from initiation, planning, execution to
timely handover.
- Supervise RCC and finishing works ensuring top quality, efficiency, and adherence to Ahmedabad’s
urban development norms.
- Plan and monitor project milestones, budgets, contractor timelines, and site progress using advanced
project tracking tools.
- Coordinate and review work with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team to ensure
alignment on timelines, drawings, quality checks, and compliance.
- Lead and motivate internal engineering teams, ensuring clarity in responsibilities, effective
delegation, and daily task alignment.
- Monitor project progress and performance of vendors, contractors, and consultants, and resolve onsite bottlenecks.
- Oversee procurement planning – finalize BOQs, raise timely indent requests, evaluate vendor quotes,
and ensure just-in-time material delivery.
- Ensure inventory control and reconciliation of high-value materials (steel, cement, MEP items,
finishing material, etc.).
- Liaison with local authorities and statutory bodies for clearances, approvals, inspections, and
documentation.
- Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and environmental protocols in line with national construction
standards.
- Lead the handover process, coordinate defect liability period activities and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven track record of handling high-rise residential construction projects (preferably 15+ floors) in
the Ahmedabad or Gujarat market.
- Familiarity with local construction practices, labor laws, and building regulations in Gujarat.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and working knowledge of Gujarati for smooth communication across
stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, BOQ analysis, and billing software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and quality control.
- Ability to handle fast-paced site environments while maintaining structured reporting and
documentation.
Expected salary: Rs.1500000 per year
