Job description:
- Experience required: 8-9 years and above
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Location Preference: Local residents will be Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the complete fleet operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of all vehicles under the company.
- Handle overall vehicle management including scheduling, maintenance, servicing, and breakdown management.
- Coordinate between drivers, workshop teams, and operations management.
- Track and optimize fuel usage, vehicle performance, and downtime.
- Maintain records and generate reports related to fleet performance and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
- 8-9+ years of experience in managing heavy vehicles, especially **Tippers**.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both technical and logistical aspects.
- Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
- Must be a **local resident** with hands-on experience in Tipper operation and maintenance supervision.
Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
